Mario’s Pizzeria & Ristorante is a family-owned and operated business, proudly joining the other Ferrentino Family restaurants in providing authentic, generously-portioned Italian food throughout Southern New England. “Not Just Another Pizza Shop” is a phrase you will hear frequently from us. We are excited to meet you in our fully remodeled location formerly know as "3 Aces Pizza and Wings” in the Southfield Corner and Shops.
Mario’s is part of the ‘family tree’ of Ferrentino Restaurants in the area. Mario’s father (Claudio), along with his two brothers (Giuseppe & Mario) own Teresa’s Restaurant in Ware, MA. Teresa’s was opened in 1980 and has been a landmark for over forty years. Additional family members have branched off and opened new establishments in CT and MA that you see today.

The secret to good cooking is to start with fresh, high-quality ingredients. At Mario’s, we pride ourselves on doing just that, with many of our ingredients imported directly from Italy. We also make a point of buying local, fresh ingredients from the robust farm community in Somers. As customers, you will taste the difference — we promise!
FAMILY RECIPES
We pride ourselves on making authentic, house-made Italian food. Our family ‘came right off the boat’ from Bracigliano, Italy, a small town outside the city of Naples, which is world famous for its pizza and Italian food. When the Ferrentino family came to America, those authentic recipes came along with them and remain true to this day. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
